Troubleshooting Guide
Here's some hints if you're having problems viewing the animations.
Problem: All I see is a gray box, like the one to the right.
Solution: Download and install Java,
from www.java.com
If you have Java installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Be sure to select the options that you want to Java to work with your browser.
Problem:I can't get the menus to work.
Solution:Try reloading the page. With Internet Explorer, that's View -> Refresh.
If that doesn't work, try pressing Ctrl+F5. Finally, try flushing your browser's cache.
For Internet Explorer,
that's under Tools -> Internet Options, then Delete under Browsing history. Then
in the Temporary Internet Files section click on Delete files..
Problem:I'm using Safari on a Mac,
and it locks up when trying to load an animation.
Solution:Safari on Mac doesn't work, even though Safari on Windows is OK.
For now you can use Firefox on Mac.
